Re: Lyrics to Song/Prayer

The poem appears in Makhzor Hadash (The Prayer Book Press) as part of the
Yizkor service. It is by Sylvan Kamens and Jack Riemer, and was printed in
New Prayers fore the High Holy Days ed. Riemer and Harold Kushner, 1970-71.
