I always sing "Oyf'n prip'tchik" and "Oyf'n weg shteyt a boym" as I always
heard...
I only heard (and read) once Alberto Jona on a CD singing "Oyf'n pripetchok"
...
We were often asked (by East European Jews) after concerts where our yiddish
was coming from... and I always answered: Mayn shtetl Geneva!
