Re: Russian Tango

Sorry for the tardy continuation of this old post.  Just wondering whether 
the tango in question is by Petersburgsky, and if he wrote it in the 1930s 
(and he would have been the composer and not the lyricist) whether the lyrics 
were perhaps originally in Polish.  As I understand it, he didn't move to 
Russia until the late 1930s after he had already written many Polish tango 
hits.  -Hankus
