Spelling is "Ostatnia niedziela".
Very popular tango in Polnad, sometimes called "Suicidal Tango".
Now played mainly on provincional weddings in slow dances sets /always after
midnight, for drunken older participants/ :))
In fact one of may favourite old-time tunes
