Reliability of Bulgarian post?

I just ordered a kaval from Bulgaria (www.balkanfolk.com)

I understand it is coming by Bulgarian post to the US and I also understand
that like most eastern European government run services it isn't the most
reliable thing in the word.

Someone with experience in ordering things from bulgaria....how long exactly
should I expect my kaval to take
