Jeremy, I have done a fair amount of international shipping, though not
specifically to Bulgaria , so a grain of salt may be needed with this
advice.
Usually the only problem with my receiving a package from overseas has
been with tariff's and taxes. The UPS guy or whoever comes to the door with
the package and an invoice for an import fee. Apart from that no problems
with incoming stuff. Sending to EU and elsewhere is complicated by the need
to include the proper registration forms with declaration of contents,
