tune source : Shtiler Shtiler from House of Mirth

Dear list, While playing for a simcha recently I was asked if we could play
"Shtiller, Shtiller" which appears in the film "The House of Mirth".
Apparently in the film the heroine visits the East Side in New York and the
tune appears.
I played a bit of Shtiller Bulgar and this was rejected. Sounds like a slow
tune maybe.
Does anyone know which tune it is, is it traditional or new, and who
recorded it ?
