I got that album on vinyl at a Dave Bromberg concert where he performed
the entire thing solo.  Great album but the credits don't list Statman,
it just says:

    To David Alpert and Ned Wright and Dan Armstrong
    Thanks to Al Aronowitz, Norma and Annie Blake
    Jerry Garcia, Phil Lesh, Bill Kreutzmann, Keith Godchaux appear on
    the album courtesy of Warner Brothers Records.
