To the list:
The words "yekke" and "yekkishe" to denote "German" (n) and "German"
(adj)
are derogatory.  Their equivalents would be "wop"  or "dago" for 
"Italian", for   example.  If use of the Yiddish is necessary or
desirable,  the word "daytsh"
would be appropriate.
