I thought he made a better punk than bluesman. The long blues he did with
the Blues Project tend to lose me after a few minutes, but I love his "turn
up to 12 and blast away" attitude on the first album. (and top of my
unreleased wish list is the material with Flanders that got cut from the
album)
I would like to hear some more recent material from Kalb. I remember being
very impressed when I saw him and Kooper in the early 80s.
