To the best of my knowledge, neither Michael Alpert nor Zev Feldman would be
generally available to teach Yiddish Dancing--they are both focused in other
areas.

On the other hand, Jacob Bloom, here in the Boston area, teaches dance, and
several bands--Wholesale Klezmer, 12 Corners Klezmer, Ellis Island (the San
Francisco band of that name) and (from posts here) many others, include dance
instruction as part of their services, so it is no longer as rare as it might
be. Jacob is listed on the KlezmerShack, and I would be happy to list contacts
for anyone who isn't listed, but who would like to be. See

http://www.klezmershack.com/klezcontacts.html

for examples. Search for "dance" on that page to see if I have gotten requests
for listings from other folks. (I don't list people or bands on the
klezmershack unless I get a request to do so. Not everyone checks e-mail
regularly, and not everyone wants to be listed. I'd like that to continue to be
people's choice--not mine!)

I like Lori's list a lot, though. I've been holding off on adding new
categories at the KlezmerShack until I finish a new database, so don't expect
there to be actual pages there until this project is completed, but certainly,
as I said, I'll be happy to list anyone who sends details =off-list= to
