Hello Matt,

I have good experiences for that purpose with a computer program called "Cool
Edit 96". I found out that there is a new version "Cool Edit 2000", but I have
no experience with that. It must be really excellent. I am very content with
the old version yet.You can keep the pitch and change the speed or keep the
speed and change the pitch or change both. You can find it under
