Unfortunately, not all 800 #s work that way (i.e., $ to the owner per call 
received), though at least you took somebody's time and tried to give them 
some counter-propaganda.

Now where I lived (for a good 17 years--that's a subtle quasi-(not really) 
"pun"), this sort of thing got settled differently.
