RE: reformatting e-mail reply



Incredibly, the MLA-list serve is having this same discussion, even as we 
speak.

It seems the older e-mail software like Pine and Lotus used to have a reply 
to sender or reply to all function. The newer software like Eudora (which I 
now have) does not give you this choice. It's either "reply all" to the 
List or "reply" to the list.

I do miss that old Pine method of just hitting a key and responding to the 
sender. In fact, I'd probably send even LESS messages to this list if that 
easy little technique were available, instead of opening up the message and 
cutting and pasting the sender's personal e-mail address.
