Dear Ernie,
An accordion with musette tuning would be recommended for klezmer playing.
Regarding size, thats strictly a personal decision. Make sure that it feels
comfortable particularly if you're going to stand while playing.
Regarding klezmer accordion on cds, Klezmer Pioneerscd by Henry Sapoznik has a
couple of old accordion reissues, Alan Bern can be heard on Brave Old World's
cds, and you can hear me on Klezsqueeze The Sy Kushner Jewish Music Ensemble.
