  A WINTER HIGH TECH SEMINAR IN ISRAEL IS BEING PLANNED FOR

                  JANUARY 2 - 12, 1996 

           With site visits to innovative firms
        for Students & Professionals in all fields


   A SPECIAL LOW INTRODUCTORY RATE FOR EARLY REGISTRANTS 

A special low introductory rate will be available until the end of November 
1995 for those who are selected for the Seminar in the order that applications 
are received.  This rate includes round-trip airfare via El Al from New York, 
hotels, breakfast and some other meals, daily field trips & educational 
materials.  There will be an additional fee to enroll for three credits.  
Some partial scholarship assistance may be available.

              INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM OPTION

In order to accommodate individual needs, the Seminar size is limited to 
only 15 participants.  Organizing a more customized program is an 
additional benefit for those enrolling early.  Requests to include 
specific site visits or lecture topics can only be considered for those 
who enroll early.
