That seems somewhat challenging. The advantage of building electronic music
out of a series of modules is what's known in the softwar world as RAD, or
'rapid application development. It seems to me that someone who's going to
try to do klezmer/ electronica would have a hefty job of module building on
their hands before they could really start producing 'usable' music.
