Re: Chassidic Classic with Giora Feidman

The Tara Music website (jewishmusic.com) currently lists some 21 Feidman
CDs. Here are the titles:

Bloch - Olivero - Bat Chaim
Clarinetango
Concert For A Klezmer
Feidman & The Israel Camerata
Feidman in Jerusalem
Gershwin and the Klezmer
Incredible Clarinet
Journey
Klassic Klezmer
Klezmer Celebration
Klezmer Chamber Music
Lezamer
Schubert & Jiddische Lieder
Singing Clarinet
Soul Chai
Soul Music
The Dance of Joy
The Golem
The Magic of the Klezmer
To You!
Viva El Klezmer

Most of these are abou $16 each. Many are also available in cassettes at a
closeout price of $4.99 each. Tara also has many books of Feidman's klezmer
arrangements.

I just joined this list a few days ago, and I want to thank all the
generous souls who are sharing their knowledge. I have bought much music
and many CDs from Tara, but until I joined The List I had never heard of
CDBaby (or <blush, blush> mp3.com). I must say, I've never found any web
store that was more __fun__ to shop at than CDBAby. My first order is
winging its way to me, and I expect to order more in the future.

I play flute in a very amateur (but rapidly improving) klezmer band called
Shir Madness. My wife (fiddle) and I will be attending KlezKamp for the
first time in December.
