Re: Yiddish in 1930's musical cartoon.

My favorite Yiddish moment is from The Grouch.

Animal Crackers. When he comes out in a Pith Helmut and sings:

My name is Captain Spaulding the African Explorer..did someone call me schnorrer?

That and Moe's speech as "Hitler" from the 3 Stooges spoof on Hitler.

Most of it is in Yiddish.
