I don't know if this is applicable here, but in Russian, a Rabin is a
Rabbi, usually a government Rabbi. "U" means at. Khasin could either mean
bridegroom or cantor. So the phrase probably means "The cantor at the
Rabbi's house" or "The bridegroom at the Rabbi's house."
