They have a run of Pedogogisher buletin in the Workmen circle library in
NYC, and I would think HUC, JTS, YIVO, NYC Public Libray at 42nd st, and
other good Judaica libraries should have the journal.
Correction - the first issue of Pedogogisher buletin was published in Nov.
1941. There are indices to all the issue in issues 78, 128, and 200.
