I don't know about CDs, although knowing the Chabad fetish for hi-tech
I'm sure they must be on CD, but there were originally 16 tapes, if
memory serves. Most Judaica stores used to stock some or all of them. If
you go to Crown Heights you're likely to get better prices and
selection. As for the 3-volume collection of niggunim, I don't know, but
I'd love to get a copy myself.
