Dreydl, in the klezmer sense of the word, refers to a kind of musical
ornamentation.

Kvetch has another, non-musical connotation which I learned in Michael
Wex's class at Klezkamp this year. Kvetchn zikh means to strain at stool
(see Harkavy).
