Dear Noa:
I am glad to hear you have recovered from your illness. However, your
silence has been far longer than 4 days. Having never received a response
from anyone (my e-mail is from Nov. 22!), I went a week before Hanukah and
bought a copy of Arella's tape at nearby Down Home Music.
A few days ago Arella herself showed up at my door with a copy of her
indeed wonderful tape in hand. She said you had contacted her to send it
to me immediately. Seeing my address, she dropped it off herself. I
invited her in, we talked, I explained to her the situation but took the
tape anyway, to give to a friend. She refused to take money for her work
and trouble.
Down Home Music sold the tape for less than $12.00, as I recall. I will
send her the money directly. Sincerely,
Jonathan
