Jewish mother would make Elvis's mother Jewish? And if Elvis's mother was

and then doesn't that mean the Rabbi who lived in the same apartment
building who used Elvis for turning on and off the lights and lighting the
stove on Shabbos is now retroactively in violation of Shabbos law?
