Re: Back of the bus?

This whole conversation was my fault.  Someone commented that she felt really
uncomfortable in a shul with a mechitzah.  I was not making excuses for having
one, just repeating some things I had heard as justification for having a
mechitzah.

In our synagogue, women are NOT "kept in their place"!!!  They are equal
participants on the Board, in synagogue decisions, in all events, etc.

I apologize if I offended anybody here!  As Adrian said, let's stick to music,
it is a far safer subject, n'est-ce pas?
