hi, this has a long and interesting history. Their first recording,
produced by - well, it's a long story - anyway, wasn't very good; then
my friendly colleague ethnomusicologist-rabbi Jeff Summit got interested
and went to Uganda; he did this recording with them and it's infintiely
better. And quite fascinating to hear Adon 'Olam etc in this musical
context. Judith
