Besides the oodles of nigunim recorded by Lubavicher Hassidim, you might 
want to check out Avraham Fried's fine interpretations on his album "Hup 
Cossak," as well as Alicia Svigal's instrumental arrangements on the 
recently released "Vodakazak" album.  As far as written music, the "Sefer 
Hanigunim" series is long out of print, but this book is available:
"Chabad Melodies; Songs of the Lubavitcher Chassidim" by Velvel Pasternak
