accents

hi, re changing or adapting musical and linguistic accents: I can't 
comment on Hebrew, but Spanish (including Judeo-Spanish) does that regularly in 
songs, so very often a syllable which wouldn't be accented in speech is 
accented in a song ; in fact in many cases it's a deliberate poetic-musical
