This might seem somewhat obvious, but Google (www.google.com) is an amazing web
search engine. I've almost always able to find what I'm looking for if I can
think of the proper keywords for the search. Try 'klezmer history brief' and
see what you come up with.

Pardon me if this is obvious to everyone except me, but...
A friend of mine has been invited to speak on the history of klezmer music, a
subject with which he is only acquainted in passing. Besides directing him
to some of the books that have been discussed in this group, what are the
best websites to visit for a brief but thorough history of the art of
klezmer?
