Re: VCR Alert: Klezmer on PBS-TV this weekend

And I lament the time, about a month ago, when I tuned into a weekend
morning TV news show to watch five minutes of Krakauer, and he was
preempted by the local station announcing "places to go today." This,
after I had monitored the news show for two hours, waiting for the klez
chunk. I did, howevever, get to hear three seconds of klez while a blimp
hovered over a NYC park. Then cut.

My new rule: 15 minutes of klez, minimum, or forget it.
