KlezFest London 1-4 July.

Details are now finalized for the exciting first KlezFest in London from Sunday 
1 to
Wednesday 4 July.  You can see details of all the fantastic faculty from 
America,
Canada, as well as from Eastern Europe and the UK.  You can also see the daily 
schedule
of lectures, workshops, role-play debates and instrumental training, on the 
Website
www.jmi.org.uk as well as download the registration form.  It's filling up 
fast.  We
have limited spaces, so if you want to come book soon.  There is a £15 
reduction if
booked by May 15.
Michael Alpert, Adrienne Cooper, Zalmen Mlotek, David Roskies, Frank London, 
Michael
Wex, Merlin Shepherd, Gregori Schechter, Jeff Warschauer and Debbie Strauss, 
Josh
Horowitz, to name but a few of the wonderful and inspiring teachers.  You will 
find
everything you ever wanted to know about Yiddish Culture and Klezmer Music in 
one spot,
and in the heart of London .......

You can also go on to study Yiddish with the Oxford Institute for Yiddish 
Studies
courses.  This year the beginners and intermediate will be in London more or 
less
straight after KlezFest from Sun 8 - 27 July see www.oxfordyiddish.org   Debbie 
and Jeff
will be doing the music for this course.
