I just checked Amazon.com, which still has it listed as not yet published,
to be published August 2000.

I also noticed this long awaited entry:

Old Jewish Folk Music : The Collections and Writings of Moshe Beregovski
(Judaic Traditions in Literature, Music, and Art)
To be published September 2000.
