I've now found a record on which "J. Engel"--that would (?) be Joel Engel,
surely much more likely; and another on which simply "Engel" is listed--just
as Wolf found, on one of _his_ records. So at this point we're dealing with
various liner notes!!--and our own suppositions.
If anyone learns anything more, please advise!--as I will.
