Re: leonard cohen



BTW, Leonard left Mt. Baldy (the Buddhist monastery) some months ago and spent
some time in India. While there he met with a Hind guru (whose name I can't
recall this early in the morning) to discuss various spiritual matters and was
photographed (in tallis) at a Bombay synagogue. He says in usual sly, humorous
way that he left Mt. Baldy because he "met  this woman." Leonard's spiritual
quest takes him down many roads but his commitment to Judaism remains constant.
