The JAM (Jewish Alternative Music) folks, associated with the Knitting Factory,
have done such a tour, albeit just a couple of venues. Their
publicist (cribbing from the Klezmer Shack) is

Speck, Eric. Press and Radio Promotion, Knitting Factory, Jewish Alternative
Music (JAM). E-Mail: eric (at) knitingfactory(dot)com(dot) tel: 212-219-3006
ext 446 fax: 212-219-3401

That might be an interesting place to start. The Knit also hosts a Jewish music
festival, featuring, primarily, edge artists, each December during the week of
KlezKamp (aka, the week of that other religion, "commercialism"'s holiday).
