Judeo Arabic/North African music

I have another "Haggada for Passover" CD by Erez Khaim with Hazanes:
Abraham Arzoine and Abraham Bouhadana.  Can anyone make an educated
guess based on their names as to wherethey come from?  The booklet is
no help.  Of interest is that the last two seder selections are Osse
Shalom and Hatikva.
