Lots of us here-let's introduce ourselves yet again.

I am pleased to report that there are over 80 people signed on to the list,
from all over the world. Let's hope we make it to 100 by Hanukah.

I would like to remind those on this list who are Hava Nashira alumni that this
list exists for all people interested in Jewish songleading and Jewish music
education, so please don't assume everyone on the list is a Hava Nashirite.

Several of us have recently shared a brief statement about ourselves. We'd sure
love to hear from everyone else.

I also have a question to raise:

I am curious to know what is being done in congregations musically for the high
holidays - i.e. the styles of music (is it all Lewndowski/Sulzer/Adler with an
organ; do you use c choir-professional or amateur; is any contemporary music
used-how has the service changed over the years.

Also, big kudos to Hava Nashira alumnus Debbie Winston, who has volunteered her
services as cantor for the High Holy Days to Congregation B'nai Israel in Grand
Forks, ND which was damaged during the spring floods. Judaism in action.
