"Tuv" has nothing to do with Yiddish; it's plain
Hebrew!

The word for "good" has the following forms in Hebrew:

- Adjective : Tov (masculine), Tovah (feminine) = Good
- Adverb : Heiteiv = Well
- Noun : Tuv = Goodness, Tovah = favour

So "Kol Tuv" means the same thing as "All the best" in
English.

Kol Tuv!
