Re: death of mp3 save your music!



Personally, it helped get me going after many years of inactivity. It was a
safe place to put some music on public display and test the waters. Even
though my mp3.com site has been inactive (in the sense of 'no changes') for
many months I still get hits & I still have that bit of extra exposure.
I have many other means of getting my stuff 'out there' these days but IMO
that (mostly) free forum will be missed.

Off topic a bit- if any list members in the Chicago area are into
experimental music I'll be playing some tonight at Buddy, 1542 N Milwaukee-
fun begins at 9 PM. E-mail me for further details if you want 'em.
