Smoke-free French clarinets

Just an anecdote from the French news last night:
one of the world's leading clarinet manufacturers, Buffet Crampon et Cie.
has put a total ban on smoking on its premises! Europe is not yet quite so
smoke-phobic as the USA so this made the 8 o'clock news on TV! and since the
clarinnet is a favourite klezmer instrument.....
