Thank you all for your wonderful ideas.
Bill, Hiney Ma Tov - right on. After the Rabbi's sermon about interfaith and 
interjudaic tolerance I played our service version intending to segue into the 
Israeli dance version then back again.  I ended up playing just the liturgical 
because the congregation was having so much fun singing, and it was time to get 
back to the service!
Lori, Gesher Tzar M'od was perfect.  My band has been wrestling with the piece 
for years.  We are on our third arrangment. Presently it is filled with 
etherial ruah arranged very sparsely with Bass Recorder, Dulcimer, Accordian 
drone, and voice.  On Shabbat morning I tried to capture the feeling of our 
'concert' version...it worked
