For anyone who was ever at a bar mitzva at the
Western Wall (Klagemauer, Kosel, Kotel Ha'maaravi)
in Jerusalem, you already know how the Sephardi women,
who learned the traditions of Arab lands, ululate VERY
loudly. Some consider it singing. But I´ve NEVER heard
of the guards at the Wall being encouraged to stifle
the women´s voices.
