Passing fad? Hopefully, yes. I've said it on this list a long time ago-
there's something sacriligeous about pop-kaballah and the cultlike
organizations which try and sell the public such packages. If someone is
truly interested in Kabbalah, let them go check out the Sephardim (i.e.
what, in my own ignorance, I'd guess to be closest thing the real thing).
