Willa,
     You're so right about the scheduling. It's important to direct the 
caterer to spread out the courses, so that guests don't feel they have to 
choose between food and dancing.  
     By the way---we do weddings primarily in NY, NJ and CT, and have had 
times the folkdance leader we usually work with is unavailable (he leads 
international folkdance tours as well).  Are you connected with any specific 
band?
