RE: Jewish rock

The story on Geddy Lee's name is that his grandmother could not pronounce
his name, Gary, hence Geddy. Not sure if the story is true but I have heard
it from various people here in Toronto (his home town).

Geddy Lee, lead vocalist and bassist of Rush. Both of his parents
survived the Holocaust.

Although their best-known albums are from the late 70s (e.g.,
"Permanent Waves"), Rush just released a new CD in the last week or
two.
