Thanks for the NPR link. What an interesting and articulate man. I treated
myself to the new Self Portrait CD set. The Discography, and Artie Shaw's'
essay alone are worth the cost. The selections on the 5 CD's are wonderful,
and provide an insight his all too brief recording career. I highly
recommend it.
