aah, nope, DVDs of LP-size don't exist.
It's a normal CD-sized DVD. ;-)
I have a player but didn't watch it right now.
Still reading the book.

Hi,

today i received a big parcel containing the recently (yesterday) released
11-CD and 1 DVD - box from the marvelous record company bear family records
(www.bear-family.de):
"Vorbei... beyond recall (a record of jewish musical life in Nazi Berlin
1933-1938)"

I had a first look at the lovely box, listened to some of the beautyfully
remastered tracks and read some of the articles in the 500+ pages (and more
thean 5 kilo heavy) book.

It seems to one of the best and most interesting musical works i saw in the
last years - i ever saw...
Everybody interested in that musical-period definitely must have a look at
it!
