Thanks for the hotplatter referral.  I feel I must make
one correction:

Barry Goldberg's album Two Jews Blues features Michael Bloomfield,
not Al Kooper.  Kooper and Goldberg both played keyboards alongside
Bloomfield (on guitar), never together to my knowledge.
