Michal: My Yiddish is limited, but it was my father's first language. I
would suggest "That's what *he* says!" -- In English, we emphasize the "he"
to show disdain, irony, something in the way that you would draw out the
"parles" in "Tu parles!" for the same effect.
(Less literal translations would include, "That's *his* story," for example,
"So he says.")
